At The World of Isopods, we want you to feel as comfortable as a crustacean in a terrarium; if your order doesn't fit perfectly, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and affix it securely to your package.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
